Indication
- Iron deficiency anemia prevention - Nutritional support for red blood cell formation - Energy and vitality support
Ingredients
- Iron (e.g.
- Ferrous Fumarate)
- Folic Acid
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin C
- Zinc
- Copper
- Vitamin B6
Direction
Take orally, usually one capsule daily with or immediately after your main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Nausea or stomach upset
- Darkening of stools
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- Consult doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not suitable for those with hemochromatosis
