Indication
- Prevention of pregnancy - Treatment of moderate acne - Treatment of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)
Ingredients
- Drospirenone and Ethinyl Estradiol
Direction
Take one tablet orally at the same time each day for 21 days, followed by a 7-day tablet-free interval. Start a new pack on the scheduled day.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Breast tenderness
- Headache
- Mood changes
- Weight changes
Precautions
- Risk of blood clots (thrombosis)
- Not for use during pregnancy
- Contraindicated with certain cancers or cardiovascular conditions
- Smoking increases cardiovascular risk
