Indication
- Neuropathic pain (diabetic, post-herpetic) - Fibromyalgia - Partial onset seizures (adjunctive therapy)
Ingredients
- Pregabalin
Direction
Take orally, usually 2-3 times daily with or without food, as directed by a physician. Dosage is individualized.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Drowsiness
- Dry mouth
- Swelling (peripheral edema)
- Weight gain
Precautions
- Dizziness and somnolence
- Angioedema and hypersensitivity reactions
- Suicidal thoughts and behavior
- Renal impairment dosage adjustment
- Withdrawal symptoms if discontinued abruptly
