Indication
- Nausea and vomiting relief - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Place the tablet on the tongue to dissolve, then swallow with saliva. Typically taken 10mg, three to four times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Abdominal cramps
- Galactorrhea
- Gynecomastia
Precautions
- Cardiac conditions (QT prolongation risk)
- Liver impairment
- Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
- Concurrent use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
