Indication
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Peptic ulcers - Erosive esophagitis - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Ingredients
- Omeprazole
Direction
Take orally, usually once daily before a meal. Follow physician's instructions for duration.
Side effects
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
Precautions
- Hepatic impairment
- Long
- term use may increase risk of bone fracture
- May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy
- Possible C. difficile infection risk
