Indication
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis - Peptic ulcers - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole
Direction
Take orally, usually once daily before a meal. Follow physician's instructions.
Side effects
- Headache
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- May increase risk of C. difficile infection
- Long
- term use may increase bone fracture risk
- Potential for Vitamin B12 deficiency
- Drug interactions with certain medications
