Indication
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Gastric and duodenal ulcers - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - Erosive esophagitis
Ingredients
- Lansoprazole
Direction
Take orally once daily, usually before a meal. Follow prescribed duration of treatment.
Side effects
- Headache
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
Precautions
- Liver impairment
- Long
- term use may increase fracture risk
- Risk of C. difficile
- associated diarrhea
- Drug interactions (e.g.
- warfarin
- clopidogrel)
