Indication

- Iron deficiency anemia - Nutritional deficiencies - During pregnancy and lactation - General health and vitality

Ingredients

• Ferrous Fumarate
• Folic Acid
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
• Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1)
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Direction

Take orally, usually one capsule daily, preferably with or after a meal, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Constipation
• Nausea
• Dark stools
• Stomach upset

• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not exceed recommended dose
