Indication
- Bacterial respiratory tract infections - Bacterial urinary tract infections - Otitis media - Pharyngitis and tonsillitis - Uncomplicated gonorrhea
Ingredients
- Cefixime
Direction
Take orally with or without food, usually once daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea/Vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Rash
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or penicillins
- History of gastrointestinal disease
- Renal impairment (dose adjustment needed)
