Indication
- High cholesterol - Hypertriglyceridemia - Prevention of cardiovascular events
Ingredients
- Atorvastatin
Direction
Take orally once daily, preferably in the evening, with or without food.
Side effects
- Muscle pain
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Headache
Precautions
- Liver function monitoring
- Muscle pain/weakness (rhabdomyolysis risk)
- Avoid grapefruit juice
- Contraindicated in pregnancy/breastfeeding
