Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Ingredients
- Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide
Direction
Take orally once daily, usually in the morning, with or without food. Follow your doctor's instructions.

- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Hypotension (low blood pressure)
- Electrolyte disturbances
Precautions
- Pregnancy and lactation contraindication
- Renal or hepatic impairment
- Electrolyte imbalance monitoring
- Sulfa allergy (for hydrochlorothiazide)
