Indication
- Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Ingredients
- Metformin Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally with meals, usually once or twice daily, as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Loss of appetite
Precautions
- Renal impairment (risk of lactic acidosis)
- Metabolic acidosis
- Hypersensitivity to Metformin
