Indication
- Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms
Ingredients
- Silodosin
Direction
Take orally, usually 4mg once daily, preferably with a meal. Follow physician's instructions.
Side effects
- Retrograde ejaculation
- Dizziness
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Headache
- Nasal congestion
Precautions
- Orthostatic hypotension/dizziness
- Use with caution in renal or hepatic impairment
- Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome (IFIS) risk during cataract surgery
- Avoid concurrent use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
