Indication
- High cholesterol and triglycerides - Prevention of cardiovascular events - Atherosclerosis management
Ingredients
- Rosuvastatin
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food. Follow your doctor's instructions.
Side effects
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Liver enzyme monitoring required
- Risk of muscle pain (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis)
- Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Avoid grapefruit juice
