- Hypercholesterolemia - Prevention of cardiovascular events - Dyslipidemia
Ingredients
- Atorvastatin
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Myalgia (muscle pain)
- Headache
- Nausea
- Elevated liver enzymes
Precautions
- Liver function monitoring
- Muscle pain/Rhabdomyolysis risk
- Avoid grapefruit juice
- Pregnancy Category X
