Indication
- Treats high cholesterol - Reduces very high triglyceride levels - Prevents coronary heart disease
Ingredients
- Gemfibrozil
Direction
Take orally, usually twice daily, 30 minutes before morning and evening meals.
Side effects
- Abdominal pain
- Indigestion
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Headache
- Muscle pain
Precautions
- History of gallbladder disease
- Severe kidney impairment
- Severe liver impairment
- Avoid concurrent use with statins
