Indication
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Ingredients
- Glibenclamide
Direction
Take orally, usually once or twice daily, 30 minutes before meals. Dosage is adjusted based on blood glucose levels.
Side effects
- Hypoglycemia
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Weight gain
Precautions
- Risk of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
- Not for Type 1 diabetes
- Caution with renal or hepatic impairment
- Avoid alcohol consumption
