Indication
- Edema due to heart failure - Edema due to liver disease - Edema due to kidney disease - Hypertension
Ingredients
- Furosemide
Direction
Take orally, usually once or twice daily. May be taken with food to reduce stomach upset. Dosage is individualized by a physician.
Side effects
- Increased urination
- Dizziness
- Low blood pressure
- Electrolyte disturbances
Precautions
- Electrolyte imbalance risk
- Dehydration risk
