Indication
- Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis - Prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis - Treatment of osteoporosis in men - Treatment of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis
Ingredients
- Risedronate Sodium
Direction
Take orally with a full glass of plain water at least 30 minutes before the first food, drink, or other medication of the day. Remain in an upright position for at least 30 minutes after taking.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Dyspepsia
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Headache
Precautions
- Correct hypocalcemia before starting therapy
- Contraindicated in severe renal impairment
- Not for patients with esophageal abnormalities
- Remain upright for 30 minutes post
