Indication
- Prevention of stroke in atrial fibrillation - Treatment of deep vein thrombosis - Treatment of pulmonary embolism - Prevention of DVT after hip/knee surgery

Direction
Take orally once daily with food. Follow physician's instructions carefully.

- Anemia
- Nausea
- Dizziness
Precautions
- Increased bleeding risk
- Not for severe kidney impairment
- Use with caution in liver disease
- Avoid abrupt stopping
