Indication
- Neuropathic pain (diabetic, post-herpetic) - Adjunctive therapy for partial onset seizures - Generalized anxiety disorder - Fibromyalgia
Ingredients
- Pregabalin
Direction
Take orally with or without food, usually 2-3 times daily. Dosage is individualized and gradually increased.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Somnolence
- Dry mouth
- Peripheral edema
- Blurred vision
- Weight gain
Precautions
- Dizziness and somnolence
- Risk of suicidal thoughts/behavior
- Renal impairment dosage adjustment
- Potential for withdrawal symptoms
