Indication
- Nausea and vomiting relief - Gastric motility disorders - Dyspepsia symptoms
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take orally, usually 10mg up to three times daily, preferably before meals. Follow prescribed dosage.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Galactorrhea
- Rash
Precautions
- Cardiac arrhythmias (QT prolongation)
- Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Liver impairment
- Prolactin
- dependent tumors
