Indication
- Bacterial infections - Respiratory tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Certain sexually transmitted infections
Ingredients
- Erythromycin
Direction
Take orally, typically on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, usually 2-4 times daily as prescribed.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Abdominal cramps
- Diarrhea
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to macrolides
- Liver function impairment
- Risk of QTc prolongation
