Indication
- Acute non-specific diarrhea - Chronic diarrhea - Reduce ileostomy discharge
Ingredients
- Loperamide
Direction
Take orally with water. For acute diarrhea, 4mg initially, then 2mg after each loose stool, not exceeding 16mg daily.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Dizziness
- Abdominal cramps
Precautions
- Do not use in bloody diarrhea
- Avoid in bacterial enterocolitis
- Caution with liver impairment
