Indication
- Major depressive disorder - Neuropathic pain - Migraine prophylaxis
Ingredients
- Amitriptyline
Direction
Take orally, usually once daily at bedtime. Dosage may be adjusted by a doctor.

- Constipation
- Blurred vision
- Dizziness
- Weight gain
Precautions
- Cardiac arrhythmias or heart block
- Glaucoma or urinary retention
- Recent myocardial infarction
- Suicidal ideation in young adults
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
