Indication
- Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) - Epistaxis (nosebleeds) - Post-operative bleeding - Hereditary angioedema
Ingredients
- Tranexamic Acid
Direction
Take orally. Dosage varies based on condition, typically 500mg to 1500mg two to three times daily.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Dizziness
- Visual disturbances
Precautions
- History of thromboembolic disease
- Renal impairment (dose adjustment needed)
- Subarachnoid hemorrhage
