Indication
- Asthma maintenance treatment - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Ingredients
- Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate
Direction
For oral inhalation only. Administer usually once or twice daily as prescribed, ensuring proper inhaler technique. Not for acute relief.
Side effects
- Oral candidiasis (thrush)
- Hoarseness or dysphonia
- Headache
- Tremor
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Not for acute asthma attacks
- Risk of paradoxical bronchospasm
- Monitor for pneumonia in COPD patients
- Use with caution in cardiovascular conditions
- Risk of oral candidiasis (thrush)
