Indication
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - Prevention of NSAID-associated ulcers - H. pylori eradication (in combination)
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole
Direction
Take orally once daily, at least one hour before a meal. Swallow whole, do not chew or crush.
Side effects
- Headache
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
- Flatulence
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole
- Severe liver impairment
- Risk of osteoporosis with long
- term use
- Risk of Clostridium difficile infection
