Indication
- Bacterial respiratory infections - Urinary tract infections - Otitis media - Pharyngitis and tonsillitis
Ingredients
- Cefixime
Direction
Dissolve tablet in water and take orally, usually once daily with or without food, as prescribed.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Rash
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or penicillins
- History of gastrointestinal disease
- especially colitis
- Renal impairment
