Indication
- Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) - Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) - Overactive bladder (OAB)
Ingredients
- Tamsulosin and Solifenacin
Direction
Take orally with water, typically once daily after breakfast or the first meal. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Blurred vision
- Ejaculation disorders
- Headache
- Nausea
Precautions
- Orthostatic hypotension risk
- Severe liver or kidney impairment
- Concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- History of angioedema
- Narrow
- angle glaucoma (Solifenacin)
- Gastric retention (Solifenacin)
