Indication
- Acute diarrhea - Chronic diarrhea
Ingredients
- Loperamide
Direction
Take orally. Adults: Initially 4mg, then 2mg after each loose stool, not exceeding 16mg in 24 hours. Follow physician's instructions for children.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Abdominal cramps
Precautions
- Do not use for bloody diarrhea
- Do not use if high fever is present
- Avoid in bacterial enterocolitis
- Consult doctor if symptoms persist
