Indication
- External ear infections (otitis externa) - Infected eczema of the external auditory canal
Ingredients
- Neomycin Sulfate
- Polymyxin B Sulfate
- Dexamethasone Sodium Metasulfobenzoate
Direction
Administer drops into the affected ear(s). Typically 1-5 drops, 2-3 times daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Local irritation/stinging
- Allergic reactions
- Ototoxicity (rare)
- Superinfection
Precautions
- Hypersensitivity to active ingredients
- Perforated eardrum (risk of ototoxicity)
- Viral or fungal ear infections
- Avoid prolonged use
