Indication
- Nausea and vomiting relief - Gastroparesis - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Migraine-associated nausea
Ingredients
- Metoclopramide
Direction
Take orally, usually 30 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Typically 5-10mg, three to four times daily.
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- Fatigue
- Restlessness
- Extrapyramidal symptoms
- Diarrhea
Precautions
- Gastrointestinal obstruction or hemorrhage
- Pheochromocytoma
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Risk of extrapyramidal symptoms
- Risk of tardive dyskinesia with prolonged use
