Ingredients

Direction
Take one capsule daily with a main meal and water. Do not chew.
Side effects
- Mild gastrointestinal upset
- Constipation (due to iron)
- Changes in urine color
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Consult doctor if on other medication
- Contains iron
- which can be harmful in high doses
