Ingredients

Riboflavin
Niacin
Pantothenic Acid
Pyridoxine
Folic Acid

Biotin) and Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Direction

Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink once daily.

Side effects

Yellow discoloration of urine
Mild gastrointestinal upset (rare)
Allergic reactions (very rare)
