- Pantothenic acid (B5)
- Pyridoxine (B6)
- Biotin (B7)
- Folic acid (B9)
- Cobalamin (B12)
Direction
Take orally, usually one tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Yellow discoloration of urine
- Mild stomach upset
- Skin rash (rare)
