- Prevent and treat B vitamin deficiency - Support energy metabolism - Maintain nerve function - Promote red blood cell formation
Ingredients
- Thiamine (B1)
- Riboflavin (B2)
- Niacin (B3)
- Pantothenic acid (B5)
- Pyridoxine (B6)
- Biotin (B7)
- Folic acid (B9)
- Cobalamin (B12)
Direction
Take orally, usually one tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Yellow discoloration of urine
- Mild stomach upset
- Skin rash (rare)
