Indication
- Nausea - Vomiting - Gastric motility disorders
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Administer orally, usually 15-30 minutes before meals. Dosage depends on age and body weight; follow physician's instructions.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Galactorrhea (rare)
Precautions
- Cardiac risk (QT prolongation)
- Contraindicated in heart conditions
- Renal or hepatic impairment
- Drug interactions with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
