Econazine 10g Cream (Econazole/Triamcinolone) 10g

Indication

- Inflammatory fungal skin infections - Tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis - Candidiasis with inflammatory symptoms

Ingredients

• Econazole and Triamcinolone

Direction

Apply a thin layer topically to the affected skin area, usually once or twice daily. Gently rub into the skin until absorbed.

Side effects

• Local irritation or burning
• Itching or stinging
• Skin atrophy (with prolonged use)
• Allergic contact dermatitis

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes
• Not for prolonged use on large areas or occlusive dressings
• Not for use on open wounds or broken skin
• Potential for skin thinning with long
• term corticosteroid use
