Indication
- Osteoarthritis pain and inflammation - Rheumatoid arthritis pain and inflammation - Ankylosing spondylitis - Acute pain - Primary dysmenorrhea
Ingredients
- Celecoxib
Direction
Take orally. For osteoarthritis, typically 200mg once daily or 100mg twice daily. For rheumatoid arthritis, 100-200mg twice daily.
Side effects
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Dyspepsia
- Peripheral edema
- Headache
Precautions
- Cardiovascular thrombotic events
- Gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration
- Renal impairment
- Sulfonamide allergy
- Contraindicated in CABG surgery
