Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease
Ingredients
- Perindopril and Amlodipine
Direction
Take orally, one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Edema (swelling)
- Cough
- Fatigue
- Nausea
Precautions
- Not for initial therapy of hypertension
- Avoid in severe renal impairment
- Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation
- Risk of angioedema
- Caution with other antihypertensive agents
