Indication
- Neuropathic pain (diabetic, post-herpetic) - Fibromyalgia - Partial-onset seizures (adjunctive therapy) - Generalized anxiety disorder
Ingredients
- Pregabalin
Direction
Take orally with or without food, typically 2-3 times daily. Dosage should be started low and gradually increased as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Somnolence
- Dry mouth
- Peripheral edema
- Weight gain
Precautions
- Dizziness and somnolence
- Angioedema risk
- Suicidal thoughts
- Renal impairment dose adjustment required
- Withdrawal symptoms if discontinued abruptly
