Indication
- Prevention of atherothrombotic events - Recent myocardial infarction (MI) - Recent stroke - Established peripheral arterial disease - Acute coronary syndrome
Ingredients
- Clopidogrel
Direction
Take orally, typically once daily with or without food, as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Bleeding (e.g.
- bruising
- nosebleeds)
- Gastrointestinal disturbances
- Headache
- Dizziness
Precautions
- Increased risk of bleeding
- History of gastrointestinal bleeding
- Active pathological bleeding
- Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP2C19 inhibitors
