- Partial seizures (epilepsy) - Postherpetic neuralgia - Neuropathic pain management
Ingredients
- Gabapentin
Direction
Take orally, with or without food. Dosage is individualized and gradually titrated.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- drowsiness
- Ataxia (lack of coordination)
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Risk of suicidal thoughts
- May cause dizziness/drowsiness
- Adjust dose for renal impairment
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
