Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Angina pectoris (chest pain) - Arrhythmias - Migraine prophylaxis - Essential tremor - Anxiety
Ingredients
- Propranolol
Direction
Take orally. Dosage and frequency are determined by a physician based on the condition being treated, usually 2-4 times daily.
Side effects
- Bradycardia
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Cold extremities
- Sleep disturbances
Precautions
- Do not stop medication abruptly
- Contraindicated in asthma and severe COPD
- Use with caution in diabetes (masks hypoglycemia)
- Bradycardia or heart block
- Heart failure
