Indication
- Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) - Urinary symptoms associated with BPH
Ingredients
- Alfuzosin
Direction
Take orally once daily after a meal. Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew or crush.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Nausea
Precautions
- Risk of orthostatic hypotension
- Caution with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome during cataract surgery
- Not for severe hepatic impairment
