Indication
- High blood pressure - Angina pectoris - Heart failure
Ingredients
- Carvedilol
Direction
Take orally, usually once or twice daily with food. Dosage should be individualized and gradually increased.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Slow heart rate (bradycardia)
- Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Precautions
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
- Use with caution in asthma or COPD
- Monitor heart rate and blood pressure
- May mask symptoms of hypoglycemia
