ADIP Diclofenac Sodium and Paracetamol 50mg/500mg

Indication

Used for relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, dental pain, post-operative pain, and fever. Combines anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic actions.

Ingredients

• Diclofenac Sodium BP 50mg
• Paracetamol BP 500mg

Direction

One or two tablets 3-4 times a day, or as directed by the physician. If symptoms persist for more than 2 days of treatment, consult a physician. Do not exceed the stated dose. Take with or after food to reduce gastric irritation.

• Skin rash or allergic reactions (rare)
• Gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration (rare)
• Liver function abnormalities (rare

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to diclofenac
• paracetamol
• or other NSAIDs
• Use with caution in patients with history of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
• Avoid in severe hepatic or renal impairment
• Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy
• Use with caution in elderly patients
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children
