PIMAG ANTACID SUSPENSION 300mg

Indication

gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, heartburn and gastric hyperacidity

Ingredients

• Aluminium Hydroxide Dried Gel 300 mg
• Magnesium Hydroxide 300 mg
• Simethicone 80 mg

Direction

Adult: 1-2 sachet, 3-4 times a day, shake before use. Children (6-12 years old): 1 sachet, 3-4 times a day, shake before use. To be taken immediately once the symptoms occur and repeat 30-60 minutes before or after meals and before bed time.

Side effects

• Generally may cause constipation
• diarrhea
• nausea
• vomiting and symptoms will disappear after not taking the medicine.

Precautions

• Do not use for patients with serious kidney failures which may cause hypermagnesia. Not recommended for treatment more than 2 weeks
• unless recommended by physician
• which may cause dependence of gastric function. Antacids are known to disturb the absorption of Tetracycline
