Indication
PIMAG PREMIUM treats therapy in gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, heartburn and gastric hyperacidity.
Ingredients
- Aluminium Hydroxide Dried Gel 600mg
- Magnesium Hydroxide 600mg
- Simethicone 160mg
Direction
Adult: 1 sachet, 3 times a day. To be taken immediately once the symptoms occur and repeat 30 - 60 minutes before or after meals and before bed time.
Side effects
- Generally may cause constipation
- diarrhea
- nausea
- vomiting and symptoms will disappear after not taking the medicine.
Precautions
- Do not use for patients with serious kidney failures which may cause hypermagnesia. Not recommended for treatment more than 2 weeks
- unless recommended by physician
- which may cause dependence of gastric function. Antacids are known to disturb the absorption of Tetracycline
- Cimetidine
- etc. so 1
- 2 hours gap should be applied between taking Antacids and the drug. Not suitable for patients with low phosphorus diet and long term use
- since antacid lowers phosphorus level in blood.
