Direction

Take after meals, in the morning or noon. Pregnant women: 1 softgel per time; 1-2 times/day. Breastfeeding women: 1 softgel daily after meal. Thin weak people or people who have just recovered from sickness, asthenic person or athletes: 1-2 softgels per time; one a day.
